Well let's say the day was good since neither Daddy or Mommy got phone calls from the teacher or the principal..
Andrew seemed to have a good day they are doing art this year instead of music and he is happy he like art. He brought me home a love hand (paper hand colored bright with a foam heart in the middle of it).

Back to School Time
Well last night we went to "greet and meet" Andrew's 1st grade teacher. I was starting to think we were not going to get there due to the fact that on the way home I was talking to him about it and he got really upset, crying and saying he did not want to go to school. But after a short visit with dad and some discussion on what things were bothering him he was excited to be going to see who was in his class and who his teacher was.
He has Ms. Cox this year and he has two or so kids from his kindergarten class in there. And then another little boy that he has been at daycare with since they were 6 months old. As well as another little boy that he played tball with and his dad used to work with Paul as an officer.
Andrew was very excited to see his class and his name on all the things in there. One small problem that we have had since we started two years ago they do not spell his last name right so had some words with the teacher that for a 1st grader who is learning to spell and write would be nice if they could spell his name right to start with. All the paperwork that I have filled out has been spelled right and of course all the places she had it written last night were spelled wrong. So she assured me that she would get it changed for me.
So tomorrow morning Andrew will be coming to work with me and if Daddy gets off his house escort early enough he will take him to his first day otherwise Mommy will take him to school..Now I am just wondering how long it will take for me to get my first call from either the teacher or the principal this year...
Will update tomorrow on how his first day goes..Wish him and us luck...

Well let's see....
Baby Tyler is home and they are all doing well. We are going to go pick up Hannah tomorrow night so that she can come stay the night with us. The kids are excited they can't wait for her to swim with them...We are going over to see them and take them dinner on Saturday night so that we can love and hold that little man..
Andrew starts 1st grade next Wednesday not sure I am ready for that. And if you ask him he says he is not wanting to go to school. Hoping that will change after he gets there. He has been swimming just about every night with sister in the small plastic pool that we got for them. He helped Daddy cut pipe the other night and really enjoyed that. Sis and him spent some time with Uncle Jake and Aunt Trish last Sunday they had a blast as for the Aunt and Uncle think it wore them out and may have changed their minds about having kiddos right away..
Madison is doing what she does going and going and going...She is finally not taking two hours to decide if she wants to get in the pool or not. Now she just runs and jumps well really fall face first into the water and then dives and does everything that brother does in the water. She cries and screams when it is time to get out. Both of the kiddos are nude the minute they hit the door from daycare to put on their suits so they can swim before dinner..She is getting so big and is such a Daddy's girl now when she gets in trouble or hurt she cries for Daddy..She even argued with me for 10 minutes the other night when we came home and Daddy's truck was outside but Daddy was in the hayfield that he was in the house somewhere hiding. After arguing with a two year old for that long she then changed her story that Daddy was fishing with John Ray...
Paul has been busy putting in corner post on our place to finish up the fencing on our place and working in the hay field for his mom and dad. He has been using that new mower and loving it. He got Andrew enrolled yesterday and had to explain to them that we have been there two years after they told him that we need to present them with proof of where we live and the same ole BS so he was not happy with them yesterday. We had a surprise bday party with the Hooten's, Gillman's at out house on Sunday for him..Guess he kinda had it figured out that I was doing that. We missed the Jordan's they were scuba diving somewhere fun and sandy I hear..Tawni made Paul and awesome cake a big flat head catfish. I took pictures and as soon as I can get them up I will...Paul got a new BIG catfish fishing pole, now I am not sure the whole thing on this pole but is a special pole just for big catfish that you fish for at night and don't hold he just needs to get a reel for it...Andrew was excited until he learned that the pole which is in two pieces was not a pole for him and daddy but one pool for just Daddy was too cute..Now he just needs to get that boat up and running, right John Ray??
As for me just hanging in there and wishing the hot weather would go away. I am still walking everyday unless it is raining or someone is sick. I am hoping that if I can't walk off this flab will try to sweat it off...Work has been going days we are busy then days we are very very slow..
We have a trip with a bunch of couples from the PD next month to Eureka Springs and we are very very excited about this trip for some alone time for the both of us...Kristen's bday is this month.... Little Austin's bday is this month as well...Aunt Trish's bday is the end of the month too, actually the same day as Little Austin's. We also had a anniversary this month Uncle Chris and Aunt Jenniffer...The county fair is coming up the end of this month have not told Andrew yet or he will ask me daily how many more days until we can go..
Think that is about it for now...Just a quick little update on my crew...
Until next time...

If you look closely you will see the numbers next to the little raised welts on his arm. This the day we got back from allergy testing in the city for Andrew. He had this many on the other arm as well. He did okay until the nurse brought in the tray with the some 50-60 different things to test him with. He is now on two shots each week one in each arm. He is a little worried about two shots but he will just bite the bullet he tells me..His little arms were bruised for at least three days after this...He does not have to be tested again for two years, YEAH !!!! He has had a shot weekly since he was two years old...Bravier then I would be...
