We ended up taking Madison to the doctor yesterday and she has and cold and double ear infection again. The second time in 1 month. They put her on some medicine and she is doing better today. Daddy took this picture the other night when she went to bed. She loves her cow and her pink teddy bear. Oh and she wieghed 16 pounds 7 ounces.
Lets just hope we never see this big a jack rabbit in Oklahoma alive..Andrew can't wait to take Madison to the zoo with him next time. We got a map of the zoo that day and when you see him ask him about his map he loves to show that to everyone and tell them where he was and what animals we saw that day.
Andrew's class has been working on the computer the last week. His teacher sent us the link for him to work on and he stays glued to the computer learning his ABC's sounds and words that start with the letters. He wanted me to take a picture of him learning his ABC's this night. On this site as well are programs for beginning readers and advanced readers and much much more. The site is www.starfall.com We are very excited to watch him we have found out that he knows more letters then he is willing to let us know and he knows how to move the mouse around and where to go..
Andrew wanted to pose for the camera on the gorilla sign only not the big statues. He told me to wait until he had his pose ready with his hand under his chin. The picture people will love him this year at daycare with his little sister he will want to pose her before they take her picture, can't wait to see those ;)

Oklahoma Girls :)
Three men were sitting together bragging about how they had given their new wives duties.
The first man had married a woman from Kansas and bragged that he had told his wife she was going to do all the dishes and house cleaning that needed done at their house. He said that it took a couple days but on the third day he came home to a clean house and the dishes were all washed and put away.
The second man had married a woman from Texas He bragged that he had given his wife orders that she was to do all the cleaning, dishes, and the cooking.
He told them that the first day he didn't see any results, but the next day it was better. By the third day, his house was clean, the dishes were done, and he had a huge dinner on the table.
The third man had married a girl from Oklahoma He boasted that he told her that her duties were to keep the house cleaned, dishes washed, lawn mowed, laundry washed and hot meals on the table for every meal.
He said the first day he didn't see anything, the second day he didn't see anything, but by the third day most of the swelling had gone down and he could see a little out of his left eye, enough to fix himself a bite to eat, load the dishwasher, and telephone a
landscaper.
Got to love those girls from Oklahoma.

Good Hump Day All
Well yesterday we took Andrew for his allergy chkup and his doctor does not believe in retesting every year, yeah!!. Because he is doing so well with this meds and his weekly allergy shot she said to keep doing that and then next year we will retest him. Needless to say both Paul and I were more then thrilled to not have to retest him as well as he was excited too, NO SHOTS. The doctor did say that his tonsils are big and his right is bigger then his left so the next thing we need to have done is his tonsils taken out, great....After his appt we took him to the zoo and he loved it so much. He has his leader day at prek today and he gets to bring the snacks and be the leader all day long. As well as he gets to bring something for show and tell. So he took his zoo map and his wax elephant and rhino for show and tell. So the next time you see him ask him about the zoo and his map and you will hear about it for a long time. We took a lot of pictures of different animals and then he wanted to take some pictures and he even posed for them it was too cute. So when get the pictures on the computer I will post some of them.
I went to the doctor on Monday due to I has having some pains and bleeding. He said that I am not healing up right he says it looks like someone that just had a hysterectomy not someone that had one 2 months ago. So I am back on antibiotics for another two weeks 1500 mg a day. He gave me augmentin so hopefully it won't tear up my gut like the last one did. He wants to see me back in two weeks to see if things are getting better. We just thought we were done seeing him. I have been told to ask him if maybe I need to go see a specialist about my immune system since I am not healing like I should. I am feeling better just had this little set back hoping that in two weeks that I am healing like I should, kinda scary.
Madison is doing great Andrew and I got the walker out and her playpen. She loves the walker and can make it move all around. Mommy likes the playpen because we can keep her confined and not find her under the table or on the ac vents screaming. She is not too keen on the idea b/c she hits the sides and she can't go anywhere when she rolls around but she is doing okay. She is eating everything in site and gets totally upset if you don't feed her fast enough. I told her Uncle Chris the other day that she is going to be like her Cousin Hannah and eat everything even those nasty pickled beets :)
Paul is doing okay he has class on Thursday and Friday this week in the city and he is kinda excited about that. We are not sure if we are going to practice tonight for softball yet and with Paul in class on Thursday so not even sure if we will make the 8:30 game that night. He was told to bring a flashlight so he is figuring shooting in the dark. They are also sending him to this class with 300 rounds of ammo so going to take a big guess something to do with shooting class. So he will love this class big time..He is not too excited about OSU's football game this weekend in town or their choice for their homecoming game (Texas) but hey might be overtime for him.

Sad News
Paul just called me this morning and his mom was on her way to work and went by our house and found our puppie Abbie2 had been run over. We bought her shortly after Madison was born for Andrew since we lost our Abbie one a couple of years before that to old age and cancer.
We figured with the way that Abbie2 gets out of the yard and chases cars that it would not be long. We are going to see how long it takes for Andrew to notice and then we will tell him what happened to her he will probably take this hard.
What a way to start out a Monday morning....
