Well thank goodness today is Friday...
Made it through another work week full time. Saw the doctor for the last time yesterday and everything looks good. He hopes not to see me or if he does it is on the street to say hello. Feelings are mutual and we will never see him again. I am doing great..feel better then I have since Madison was born. I get to start practicing softball with them next week and then start playing in the fall am excited (for right now). Got me a new set of batting gloves so that when I start practicing my batting again might avoid reblistering my hands up...Also get to start working out again not quite sure when that will fit in the hectic schedule but gonna do it in order to keep up with TWO kids not just one.
Speaking of softball...the team won last night 11-6 they played the house of flowers team did not start off too good but ended great with lots of great plays and hits...Our team has only lost one game so as of last night they are winners of league 8. They have one game last to play next Thursday night, the way Paul thinks it works is even if they loose they will win their league. Which means shirts for the players and a plaque. We are excited winning moves them up in the leagues which has some of them a little worried the higher up the better the teams...But hey they will have won a season which is GREAT.
Want to say a big THANK YOU to Granma Moffat for coming over last night and staying with Andrew and Madison while we went to the ballgame. Was a 9:30 game and way to late for Andrew having school last night.
Andrew is doing well...still liking his school and loving his sister dearly. He is doing much better with Granma Blankinship giving him his shots on Tuesday he gets a little surprise each Tuesday she said, AFTER his shot. He has been getting THUMBS UP from his teacher at school for sitting "criss cross apple sauce" which for us older folks is indian style. He actually brought us home some paintings he did at prek and then we felt so bad last night due to he was telling us over and over what the pictures were and we still are not sure what he painted. One sounded like a desert scene but when we said that he got mad and repeated what he had told us so. And us not wanting to hurt his feelings or make him any madder said, Oh okay. His daycare teacher that he goes to after school told us yesterday that she thinks the teachers feed them pixie sticks before they leave school they are so wired up and let us tell you he, Andrew stays that wired until he finally gives up.
Ms. Maddie is something else she is still consuming about 1/4 cup of cereal each night before bed and then taking a whole 6 ounces of milk before crashing and sleeping through the night or at least until 4 am. She is almost rolling from her back to her tummy and she has now found her toes and brings those chubby little legs up and holds on to them grinning like mad. She is becoming more and more vocal and will let you know if you are not paying attention to her or if you stop talking to her, just ask her Daddy. Most her three month clothes are too small so guess time to move up. Told Daddy that we need to take her shopping soon before winter. She will be 4 months on the 4th of September, very hard to believe. It has been a long 4 months for me, but my kiddos and hubby have kept me working towards getting better and staying better, as much as I am.
We have three goats sold tomorrow night. Jamie Murray a lawyer in Stillwater wants to buy three of them. Good deal have a few more weathers that we need to sale before they eat us out of house and home before the kids do. They have torn down the hot wire fence so we have to get that fixed b/c now they get out and head for the road Paul has a neat way to get them in, he pushes the panic button his truck and they start running for the barn. It is funny to watch.
Want to say GOOD JOB to little brother Jon and sister in law Randi no thier new health program. Keep up the great job. Also a big CONGRATS to Randi on her new job and hope it is going well.
Well that is it for this week...Until next time...
