Our going ons

Well my Dad decided that he needed to catch a helicopter flight to Tulsa about three weeks ago with a heart attack. He is doing better he is to get out and get moving and eat better. Then last week he decided he needed to go visit the ER again and spent the weekend in the hospital they did an angiogram and he is okay and to carry his nitro on him, did you hear that dad, NITRO it is a good thing. He is doing great and please dad don't scare us again like that. And I think that mom said she is wanting to get new furniture some time soon, hehe :)

Madison decided that she needed to go visit the ER girls as well on Thanksgiving night. She had been running 102-105 fever since 3 am that morning and then decided to break out in a rash so we ran her in. The gave her IV and then some antibiotics and told us it was viral and it had to run it course. She and I had more visits with doctors yesterday. Her ear doctor said that we are need to put tubes in her ears so we are doing that Friday at 7 am. And her family doctor said that she had another ear infection and put her back on antibiotics for that until her surgery on Friday. She is doing great, she is saying momma and dada and if you ask Andrew she is saying Andrew. We caught her on crawling on the coffee table this weekend after she crawled on the little stool to get to the table. She smiles from ear to ear no matter how sick she feels. She is weighing in at 18 pounds and 8 ounces. We get the second part of her flu shot this Saturday and she will be fully covered we hope...

Andrew is doing well. They had a desert feast for his Thanksgiving party last week and I and his granma Moffat attended. Then his prek class put on a little Thanksgiving play where he was a pilgrim man and his lines were Bang, Bang, Bang and Yum, Yum. It was too cute I took pictures and as soon as I get them on the computer will post some of them..He participated in a karate class yesterday at daycare for the first time yesterday and he will start taking the Monday classes at his daycare. They have an instructor that comes there once a week and teaches it. They can even order the little outfits so was thinking that we might get him his for Christmas. He is so excited he talked and talked about it all last night even when we thought he was a sleep he woke straight up and said he did very very good in his class and that we were proud of him, was too cute..

Paul is doing well, staying busy...he got his deer this year a 8 point buck checked in at 160 pounds field dressed. He was in his stand 5 minutes and it walked out in front of him after going and helping him load it he measured the distance and not sure this is exactly right but thinking was around 220 plus yard shot. He was pretty proud of that. And no for those wondering that is not on our wall!! He had the last two weekends off and that was nice for him and us. He will be having the weekend of Christmas off as well and I think the weekend after that off as well...He is ready for that...He wanted to go to Walmart on Friday after Thanksgiving to look at a laptop that was on sale but with Madison being sick we opted out and after seeing the news that day and next day with all the nutso people shoving pushing and what not in other walmart stores we were ever so glad that we did not go mess with the crowds. We have decided that we will never do that or even think about doing that.

Me I am hanging in there...Ready for some R and R, or heck as of right now just some sleep with Madsion being sick she has not been sleeping and she has been glued to my hip for the past 5 days or so...guess some could be that separation anxiety thing but thinking more since she is sick. We got the tree up on Sunday and Andrew helped with all of it almost. With Madsion crawling around like she does we decided not to put up the bottom limbs and not to put up my disney ornaments due to don't want to have to get out the magic glue to fix them. We had to run to Walmart to get more lights and a new angel for the tree as well as some tinsel strands we have a very very pretty tree. And now everyday Andrew wants to know if it is Christmas day yet...We have the kids christmas bought but now we need to get for the nieces and nephews and the folks and great granmas and we will be done...

We had Thanksgiving with Joan and Roy on Thanksgiving night yet we cut it short due to Madison being sick, sorry guys. And then we did Thanksgiving with my folks on Saturday afternoon, we got to see my little brother Jon and his wife and my niece Kaitlyn. Both the girls we had dressed alike and being the busy mom I had the camera but never took a single picture. But I know that Granpa and Uncle Phillip had theirs out so hoping that they got some good ones that I can get on here..We all ate way too much I think but it was all GREAT food at both places...Can't wait for Christmas....

I think that is about all that I can think of right now...I am sure that I will remember something at sometime today so I will post it if I remember that....

OH I just remembered something.......

HOW ABOUT THOSE SOONERS !!!!!! If you need a reminder of their fight song please let me know I have a ringtone on my cell phone that you all will love, cowboy fans...
